Marketing Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities:

ThreeWire is seeking a creative, highly versatile and energetic individual for a Marketing Specialist position. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to take their fresh ideas and create something new while working in a team environment. The person hired for this position must have strong research, communication and project management skills.

Principal responsibilities include the management and execution of day-to-day tactical marketing functions including media and online campaigns, web content management, copyrighting and vendor management, while continuously developing new ideas to further the marketing strategy of the company.

Requirements for this position include:

3-5 years proven experience in marketing or advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function well until tight deadlines
Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Beginner to intermediate-level experience with creative applications (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Quark XPress)

Call Center Nurse LPN

Summary of Responsibilities:

ThreeWire is looking for nurses who have a minimum of 1-2 years clinic experience to work in our call center on a part-time, casual basis. This role is responsible for responding to caller (primarily patient) inquiries via inbound and outbound calls. The nurse will provide superior customer service; supply approved informational resources, and will complete patient pre-screening questionnaires. The nurse will gather data and provide documentation for corresponding records. Follow-up conversations with callers will be scheduled and completed as dictated by program requirements.

This position has the potential to work from home if key technical, environmental and business requirements are met.

This is a part-time, casual position, with flexible hours dictated by program needs throughout the month and year.

Requirements for this position include:

Current licensure as an LPN
1-2 years clinic experience
Demonstrated ability to interact competently and compassionately with callers
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and keyboard skills
Ability to multi-task
Extremely detailed and self-motivated
Ability to maintain flexible hours
Call Center experience preferred
Bilingual/Spanish speaking a plus

Program Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

ThreeWire is seeking a Program Manager to manage medical marketing programs and clinical trial recruitment projects. The Program Manager plans, monitors and directs schedules and budgets for programs from initiation/proposal through delivery, achieving program goals on schedule, on scope and within budget.

Requirements for this position include:

Program management experience in managing marketing projects for the healthcare industry or clinical trial recruitment projects
5 years experience as a program manager managing cross-functional project teams for internal and external clients
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of executives, both internally and externally
Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
BA/BS
Ability to utilize MS Project
PMP certification a plus
